Welcome to the Institute for Medical Aesthetics and Laser. We prepare our students for rewarding careers in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, med spas, dermatology, wellness and day spas. We offer programs in skincare, nail care, massage, and electrolysis/laser. Whether you’re already licensed or just getting started, we have programs designed to help you grow and advance in your career.

Our Programs

This 220 hour course prepares students to meet the State of Florida requirements for licensure as a Facial Specialist.
This course is designed for licensed Cosmetologists and Facial Specialists who would like to advance their training and knowledge in advanced esthetics.
This course combines our 220 hour Facial Specialist course with our Advance Esthetics and training in Medical Esthetics treatments found in Med Spas, Plastic Surgeons Offices and Dermatology offices.
This 180 hour course prepares students to meet the State of Florida requirements for licensure as a Nail Specialist.
This 400 hour course prepares students to meet the State of Florida requirements for licensure as a Facial Specialist and Nail Specialist.
This 500 hour course prepares students for licensure as a Massage Therapist with the Florida Board of Massage Therapy.
This 320 hour course prepares students for licensure as an electrologist/laser hair removal specialist with Florida Department of Health. This curriculum includes combined training in epilator as well as laser and light-based hair removal as outlined in Rule 64B8-53.002, F.A.C., Curriculum Standards for Electrolysis Training Programs.
