Medical Esthetician/ Laser Technician

Perform European facial techniques, microneedling, advanced acid peels, esthetic laser treatments, ensuring the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
Provide body waxing services with attention to detail and client comfort.
Utilize Millennium and software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Apply skin analysis knowledge to recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments for clients.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
Manage client relationships by delivering outstanding guest services, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
Must know how to market yourself outside of office hours.
Experience

Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Familiarity with european facial technique, microneedling, advanced acid peels, treatments and body waxing techniques is preferred.
Knowledge of skin analysis and its application in skincare is advantageous.
Previous experience with Millennium or software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
A laser certification and a valid esthetician license as required by state regulations is mandatory.
Must be proficient with social media trends.
