IMAGE Launches Florida-Approved Massage Therapy Program

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida, this is it.

The Institute for Medical Aesthetics & Laser (IMAGE) is now enrolling for our new Florida-approved Massage Therapy Program, starting August 12. This 18-week hybrid course is approved by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy and licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education (License #13176).

Built for Today’s Learners: Online + In-Person

IMAGE’s program is powered by Milady CIMA, giving students the flexibility to complete theory coursework online, at their own pace. Students then attend in-person training Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at our North Fort Myers campus for hands-on instruction and clinical hours.

This hybrid format allows you to balance education with real life—without sacrificing quality.

Learn a Variety of Massage Techniques

Our curriculum gives you a solid foundation in the most in-demand and effective massage modalities used in spas, wellness centers, chiropractic clinics, and medical aesthetics.

Students will learn how to perform:

Swedish Massage – relaxation, circulation, and overall wellness
Deep Tissue Massage – muscle tension relief and sports recovery
Chair Massage – on-site and corporate event-ready skills
Sports Massage – pre- and post-activity bodywork
Prenatal Massage – safe bodywork for expecting clients
Basic Reflexology & Stretching Techniques
Client Assessment, Documentation, and Professional Ethics
